I am offering personalized Health/Wellness Coaching to help you transition into a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
In terms of my qualifications and background, I am a certified Personal Trainer (AAAI/ISMA). I have also attended a workshop on Chronic Disease Self-Management put together by Standford Medical and I am certified to teach/hold workshops. In addition, I have taken various classes on integrative health and nutrition. Cooking is one of my passions being Italian. I would be happy to share healthy and simple recipes and/or review your grocery shopping list with you. Last but not least, I do carry insurance to provide personal training.
My coaching programs are customized to your needs. I am currently offering a 50 % introductory discount on monthly packages which includes a personalized fitness, diet and lifestyle assessment. The goal is to transition you into a healthier and sustainable lifestyle that you can self-manage.
Here is a sample program for the 1st month:
- Assessment of fitness level, discuss health issue , review diet and lifestyle.
- Review assessment results and develop a feasible and achievable action plan.
- Design a custom program (fitness, diet, health & lifestyle) for you.
- Custom workout sessions with clear and simple instructions.
- 1 to 2 weekly workout sessions depending on personal needs and schedule.
- Discuss dietary improvements, including weight management, etc.
- Periodical check-ins via phone and/or email and answer questions, etc.
- Review results. Make changes/improvements and action plan for next month.
You decide if you need more coaching or can manage the program by yourself.
