Undoubtedly, I am a big fan of Dr. Weil’s philosophy when it comes to an integrative approach to health. I have been following him for years. And I have tried many of his suggestions and remedies myself with great success. A major part of his approach is to eat an anti-inflammatory diet per his suggested Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid below. I think it is an excellent guideline when it comes to making food choices.
